PS! Changing these planned terms for both plots is possible through new detailed planning. 

Conditions 

Water and sewerage system: both plots have water and sewerage system connections at the border of the plot, terms and condition for the connection will be provided by the Haapsalu Veevärk AS. 

Telephone and Internet connections: will be provided at the border of the plot. 

Electric power supply will be provided from the Neeme substation, Masti tn 9. Terms and conditions for the connection will be provided by the Imatra Elekter AS. 

Rainwater: will be led to the trenches next to the Neeme ja Tiigi street. 

Distance heating: will be provided to the distance of 200 meters from the Masti 12. 

Preparation time: land lease process until notary public will take about 2 months.
